The neighborhood community of Woodbridge is located on the northwest side of Bloomington off of Ensign Avenue west of Bloomington Ferry Road. The community lies within the Bush Lake community, featuring easy access to Highway 169 and numerous amenities. Woodbridge is a quiet neighborhood community featuring a beautiful wooded environment. The neighborhood consists of 28 twinhome units with prices ranging from $250,000 to $350,000.

Residents of Woodbridge have access to plenty of amenities in the surrounding area, including several parks such as Hyland Park. Located a few miles to the northwest, Hyland Park Preserve is spread out of 2,565 acres of land with an abundance of trails and recreational activities such as skiing, snowboarding, disc golf, cycling, camping, and more. The closest dining destination in the area lies a few miles to the southwest and includes popular restaurants such as Dominoes, Subway, and Burger King. Some local shops include Scoops, West Side Perk, and Aly’s Market.

Residents of Woodbridge are served by the Bloomington Public Schools District, which has served the entire City of Bloomington since 1917. The closest school to the neighborhood is Ridgeview Elementary School, which serves students in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade. Ridgeview offers an excellent nurturing community designed to help students grow and become better individuals. Other schools in the area include Normandale Hills Elementary School, Olsen Elementary Middle School, Thomas Jefferson High School, and Bethany Academy.
